Recently purchased a Hyundai ix20 from Raymond, We were greeted by Raymond who was friendly and knowledgeable about the car, he 2as not at all pushy he showed us the basics and then let us get on with it ourselves. Any questions we had he answered if he did not know he found out for us. We were unsure ( nothing do do with the car just the money side of things) but Raymond said you’ve got to be happy I don’t want to sell you something you are not 100% satisfied with.

Two visits later we decided it was for us and that was a couple of months ago now and it hasn’t missed a beat, including a trip to Scotland and back.

Great little car from Ray bought as my daughters first car.
Soon after purchase the Fiat 500 showed left to right movement on the clutch pedal. Quick Google showed this to be a broken weld in the clutch box which needed fixing. Warranty company said not covered and Ray stepped in without question to resolve the issue without fuss.
Not everything in life goes smoothly, it is how people react to issues that is telling. 100% satisfied with the response and resolution.

Thank you Raymond, I bought a VW Golf for my wife so needed to be a good reliable car. The car is fantastic and in excellent condition. We have now had the car some 6 months and it’s been a great buy and trouble free. The car was in unbelievably condition when I bought it, so you must have a great eye for cars.

Can’t recommend Regency Car Sales enough. Friendly, efficient, all the correct paperwork and car history, knows the cars inside out and really wants to get it right for the customer. Raymond, the owner had the car fully serviced, cleaned and MOT before collection, giving us confidence. We had a great experience, so much so, I have just contacted Raymond again as looking for a first car for my son. Great advice given.

We came to look at a ford focus to buy. It had a full service history with all the paperwork and was immaculate. Ray pointed out a couple of things that needed doing and reassured us they would be put right before we collected the car and they were. The attention to detail by Ray was absolutely brilliant. You feel confident and relaxed that you have bought a reliable car. With the addition of a six month warrantee, you feel you are in safe hands. With brilliant customer service I would highly recommend buying a car from this company.
